I worked with Vodium, a virtual teleprompter app for macOS and Windows, to rebuild and relaunch their early prototype into a more stable and scalable product. Backed by initial user feedback, the team aimed for a complete overhaul of the application, its infrastructure, back office, payment systems, and licensing model.

I collaborated with a dedicated cross-functional team to define the product roadmap and provide both technical and strategic guidance throughout the process. Alongside the core rebuild, we refreshed the brand identity and strengthened the system architecture to support long-term growth and reliability.

The app was successfully relaunched within just two months, and entered a phase of continuous improvement.

The project’s success helped Vodium secure $1M in funding, after which Microsoft acquired the product for continued in-house development.
