I worked with Tillo, the European leader in digital gift cards, to design a white-label digital gift card mall that simplified onboarding for new business customers. The aim was to create a scalable and adaptable experience that Tillo’s partners could easily integrate.

As the product designer, I collaborated with Tillo’s team to translate business requirements into clear user journeys and low-fidelity wireframes. These wireframes formed the foundation for the visual design phase, ensuring alignment between product goals, usability, and implementation.

Within six months, the platform launched successfully, improving customer onboarding efficiency and earning positive feedback from both stakeholders and clients.
