Challenge

Rewardable’s brand and product experience had grown fragmented over time. The absence of a cohesive design direction led to inconsistencies across the platform, marketing website and communications. The brand lacked a distinct identity, resulting in low recognition and diluted user trust.

Opportunity

-> Create a modern, scalable design system that aligns marketing and product design.
-> Improve onboarding experience and conversion through a clear, consistent interface and visual tone.
-> Streamline development and content updates by using no-code tools and ready-to-use templates.

Discovery Process

I began with a full brand and UX audit to evaluate existing assets and identify inconsistencies in tone, colour usage and visual hierarchy. Through workshops with stakeholders and reviews of user feedback, I uncovered key friction points in both the brand’s presentation and product experience.

Based on these findings, I redefined Rewardable’s core visual foundations by refining the colour palette, typography, and art direction to reflect a confident, contemporary brand suitable for enterprise-scale clients.

Solution Exploration

I created a brand guideline that extended beyond a simple style guide, setting visual and content principles that could scale across future marketing, partnership and internal design efforts.

To ensure efficiency and maintain alignment between teams, I established reusable Figma components and responsive design patterns for both the marketing website and product UI.

The marketing site was then developed in Framer, allowing for flexible updates without engineering dependency. Email and campaign templates were also produced in Canva to ensure consistency across communication channels.

Implementation

I designed, built and launched the new marketing website while continuously refining the platform’s UX to improve onboarding and usability. Visual consistency and accessibility were validated across all touchpoints to ensure that Rewardable’s refreshed identity delivered a premium, trustworthy experience.

Outcome

The rebranded platform launched successfully, presenting a unified and professional identity that reflected Rewardable’s position as a leader in digital gifting.

Impact

Following launch, Rewardable achieved significant traction, distributing over £10 million worth of rewards within ten months of the project’s completion. The platform’s scalability, consistent brand experience, and polished design were key contributors to its success.
