I defined clear user stories to align the team around the platform’s goals and ensure design decisions were grounded in real user needs. Working closely with stakeholders, I translated early concepts into an interactive prototype that could effectively communicate the product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The prototype evolved through an iterative design process, shaped by continuous feedback and regular design reviews. This approach not only clarified priorities and reduced development uncertainty but also strengthened the overall value proposition of the product.
