I collaborated with Dunya Analytics to transform their early proof of concept into a scalable and user-friendly MVP, ready for pilot release. The initial version, built on a low-code platform, showed strong potential but suffered from fragmented flows, limited flexibility, and inconsistent user experience patterns.

My role was to redefine the product foundation through a user-centred approach. I mapped existing workflows, identified friction points, and designed improved task flows that simplified data exploration and reporting. By establishing a consistent design system and aligning the interface with clear usability principles, I helped the team move beyond the constraints of their early prototype.

In parallel, I guided product and technical decisions that balanced rapid delivery with long-term scalability, ensuring new design patterns could evolve as the platform matured. The result was a cohesive MVP that not only met functional requirements but also communicated a stronger product vision, positioning Dunya Analytics for confident stakeholder demonstrations and early client validation.
