I worked as the product designer at Satalia on an interactive dashboard prototype for BT (British Telecommunications) and the Port of Tyne, exploring how AI could improve operational efficiency across one of the UK’s busiest maritime logistics hubs. The collaboration aimed to demonstrate the potential of intelligent, data-driven optimisation within large-scale industrial environments.

As the product designer, I collaborated with data scientists, engineers and stakeholders to convert written concepts, technical diagrams and process maps into a meaningful interface with a strong focus on usability and visual clarity. I defined user journeys, structured complex datasets, and designed an interactive prototype that brought AI insights to life within a fast-paced four-week engagement.

The prototype successfully validated the concept, building confidence among stakeholders and leading to approval for full-scale platform development.
